LAUREN + TIM
A few times a year, I get the opportunity to shoot weddings for my friend at Artistic Imagery. This past Thursday was one of those days... and what a great day it was!! I woke up to find that the anticipated rainy day was looking to have a break from 12pm until 6pm! Talk about excited!!!
So absolutely perfect that the rain literally started to fall at 5:55! Yes, I checked my watch. LOL. We had JUST wrapped up all the photos, and got everyone tucked away for the reception, literally seconds before the first drop fell!
Lauren didn't miss a beat when planning their special day! I just loved all the detail that Lauren put into her wedding design! Everything was stunning, however, nothing was more stunning than the bride herself!!
Congratulations, Lauren and Tim! Your wedding was soooo beautiful!! Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your big day and for being so amazing to work with. I wish you a lifetime of joy and love in your marriage!
A little about the couple...
"Tim and I met as bright-eyed teenagers in high school! Over the years, we celebrated many milestones together - driver's licenses, high school prom, high school graduation, college graduation, first jobs, first cars, and first house.
After 12 years of dating, Tim proposed to me in Central Park, in the same area where we celebrated my 18th birthday, a decade before.
Searching for venues was an easy task - we fell in love with the Ryland Inn the moment we laid eyes on the estate! From there, everything fell into place.
Unfortunately, we were forced to postpone our original date of March 28th, 2020, due to the pandemic. Despite our disappointment, we had an intimate backyard wedding ceremony on our 13-year dating anniversary, June 2, 2020. It then made sense to reschedule our wedding to one year later, June 3, 2021!"
